Therapy can help you to move past situations that have developed over time in which you feel unable to move past. Perhaps a personality style is holding you back in your personal, social or financial life. Therapy can give you the tools with which understand yourself better and  to change negative thinking and behavior patterns.

My approach is a blend of psychodynamic therapy, ACT and mindfulness based therapy. These are therapy models designed to help the client understand their inner self, to be more empowered in their decisions and to help them move forward in life.  

Therapy is a dynamic process, and depending upon what the presenting issues and goals are, it is different for each person.
